Shipping

Prints will be posted on Tuesday and Friday each week.

(On occasion when this is not possible a note will be added at the top of the website page stating the next shipping date.)

All shipping will be through Royal Mail. Tracked 48h service for UK purchases and tracked and signed for international purchases.

Postage Prices

UK under £50 - £3.50
£50 and over - free (enter FREE50UK at checkout)

International - £14.00

*International orders may be subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. It is your responsibility to pay these fees.

Packaging

Huge efforts have been made to keep packaging environmentally friendly, whilst also ensuring your prints arrive in top condition. Most of the packaging is plastic free, except for the ends of the tubes (do let me know if you know of an alternative). Each print will arrive layered with glassine to keep it pristine.

If for any reason your print arrives damaged please email me at hello@saraheverettprints.com with photographs.

All prints sized A3 and below will be packaged in card envelopes. All prints sized above A3 will be rolled and packed in postal tubes. Any prints A3 and below ordered with larger prints will be rolled and packaged together in a postal tube in order to combine postage.

Returns

lf you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me at hello@saraheverettprints.com and I can offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the items are returned in the same condition you recieved them. All postage costs will need to be covered by yourself and the item returned in the original packaging.
